By accessing or using the Pirin.ai website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service "Terms".

“Pirin.ai”: Operator of services (hello@pirin.ai).
“User”: Visitor, applicant, or member.
“Services”: Website, applications, programs, forum.
“Content”: Text, data, posts you provide.
“Account”: OAuth-authenticated access for AI submissions.
2. Services Description
Pirin.ai provides mentorship, community, and resources for non-technical founders to build and launch MVPs through our Ground Level ($250/mo), Next Level (invitation), and Elite Level (custom) programs.
3. Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications and respond within 48 hours.
- Provide accurate information
- Applications are non-refundable if accepted
- AI-assisted submissions require user consent and authentication
4. Membership Terms
Price: $250/month
Billing: Monthly, cancel anytime.
Access: Prompt library, office hours, channel support.
Price: Invitation/custom.
Commitment: Milestones required.
5. User Conduct & Content Obligations
You agree not to:
- Illegal/hate/violence/porn content
- Harass, spam, abuse resources
- Scrape/API abuse, competing products
- Share confidential info
- Reverse engineer services
Content must comply with laws; Pirin.ai may moderate/delete.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your code and IP. Program materials are for your use only. No transfer of Pirin.ai IP.
7. Termination
We may terminate access for violation of terms. You may cancel subscription anytime.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is" without warranties express/implied. Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months. No indirect/consequential damages.
- No liability for accuracy, completeness, reliability of forum content, team advice, AI responses, member contributions
- No responsibility for decisions/actions based on forum/AI/team information
- No responsibility for third-party content/services/links (incl GitHub Discussions)
No guarantee of MVP launch, funding, business success, or AI response quality.
9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Texas, USA. Disputes in Austin, TX courts.
10. Community Forum Use (GitHub Discussions)
Community forum hosted at github.com/orgs/pirin-ai/discussions.
- Admitted members invited as GitHub org collaborators to post/comment.
- Visibility per GitHub org settings (private/public).
- You grant Pirin.ai license to access discussions via API for service operation, including AI agent responses.
- Comply with GitHub ToS and our conduct rules; Pirin.ai may moderate.
- No confidential posts; AI realtime access (may cache for performance).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pirin.ai, its team, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, arising from:
- Your forum posts or use of services
- Violations of terms/ToS
- AI agent interactions or responses
